COMPANY PROFILE:
The company is a manufacturer and supplier of consumables to the NHS and private hospital market and has been established for 6 years. There are 25 staff, 14 being in the sales department The Company is sole supplier for AAH pharmaceuticals.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Medical Sales, Healthcare Sales, Territory Sales
To sell into the Primary and Secondary care market a comprehensive range of urology and wound management products that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients within a highly competitive market environment following an intensive training induction programme
The successful candidates will be joining fast growing sales and marketing organisation that focuses its resources towards achieving significant sales growth whilst at the same time delivering high service levels to its customers.
Successful candidates will be expected to treat the business as their own by implementing professional sales and marketing support activities that positions the company as a business that fully understands the needs of its customers in an ever changing NHS
REQUIREMENTS: Medical Sales, Healthcare Sales, Territory Sales
Excellent standards in territory journey planning and business preparation. A thorough understanding of the sales process backed up by previous success of hitting and exceeding targets. You must have a good understanding of the Secondary and Primary care markets and be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels. You will also need to have good organisation skills showing attention to detail when keeping customer records.
