Responsible for the validation of materials data on a timely for manager to execute to SAP, Business Data Warehouse, TLP, OOP, Supply Chain Management, Speedquote, Data Synchronisation and Customs Systems. Responsible for changing data in Data Management after initial execution including de-list and audit processes
- Coordinate the daily work queues for materials submitted for SAP execution from Data Management system ensuring that data is audited and processed in preparation for loading to SAP system in a timely and accurate manner. Act as Data Controller for all EU data going to SAP and ensure compliance with Business Process requirements and SAP conformity to make materials "Business ready"
- Control the execution of material data to Supply Chain Management, Business data warehouse, Speedquote, Data Synchronisation, OOP/ Item Master, TLP and Customs systems. Ensure that the integrity of planning material data is maintained as well as the finished goods material
- Action the de-listing of items for EU region specifically but in conjunction with the other members of the Global team. Maintain the accuracy of the critical data for Marketing and Sales by performing regular audit processes
- Communicate and develop effective working relationships with marketing, product development and packaging, as well as counterparts in other business units to ensure compliance with Global Business process
- Follow Business Process Procedures relevant to Data Control activity ensuring that the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of data is the number 1 priority
- Participate in the timely completion of SOX processes as required
- Input new prices at Sales Unit level when required following the related Business processes and the relevant SOX controls for pricing
