Job Description
Immediate need for an experienced Materials / WIP Accountant to start ASAP on a temporary basis ongoing for potentially 12 months.
The main purpose of the role will be to embed robust financial methods and management into inventory and WIP processes. Looking for an individual who understands material and WIP accounting in a repair and overhaul environment. You will be involved in resolving issues in relation to WIP Accounting, this will involve identifying and resolving reconciliations issues to ensure accuracy of the financial position in relation to physical inventory and WIP.
The role will require a qualified accountant, or someone qualified by experience, with a high level of Resource Planning cross functional knowledge preferably in a manufacturing, repair and overhaul environment using a ERP system such as SAP.
The ideally candidate will probably have a proven track record in management accounting and must possess the skills and knowledge to rapidly grow process adherence competence in the organization through mentoring of others and delivery of a robust set of processes and measures.
