RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Marketing Manager(s) and Senior Manager with various operational tasks related to event marketing campaigns including:
Marketing lead of Event seminars:-
- Produce seminar marketing campaign plan in conjunction with Snr Marketing Manager-
- Develop and maintain seminar website
- Engage media partners and advertising-
- Build event universe and produce response analysis
- Undertake tactical campaign plan; email, direct mail, advertising
- Produce post event analysis with recommendations for following year plan
Marketing Campaign Support:-
- Coordinate event design items and work with creative teams on required projects- Produce printed collateral across events
- Set up and manage webinars
- Formulate incentive payments; vouchers, charity donations
- Advertise Gartner events on key business websites (eg The Register, Catchpole etc.)
- Proof read documentation for internal and external circulation prior to going to print; brochures, mailings
- Intranet and Web maintenance and support
- Research sales team engagement and ticket campaign management-
Event attendance and support Marketing Analysis:-
- Set up marketing team key reports and analysis documents
- Produce pre and post conference analysis across events
- Prepare post event demographic and attendee analysis
Media / Association support and liaison:-
- Maintain media partner agreement overview
- Fulfill advert and email schedules
BACKGROUND:
- 1-3 years marketing experience preferably with direct / technical marketing.
- Educated to Advanced level standard
- Previous experience of Marketing Campaign Management essential
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Project Management skills & experience
- Copywriting experience desirable
- Budget management and tracking : Basic experience of purchasing / invoice systems
- Strong collaboration and team working capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities + excellent time management skills
