Rocking Zebra are currently recruiting for Marketing Manager who has a strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns within the b2b sector and ideally with exposure to technology or telco sectors.

Responsible for creating, tracking and optimising marketing campaigns across the EMEA region for all its b2b segments the Marketing Manager will have five plus years in b2b marketing with a sound knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing and marketing automated solutions.

Responsibilities include:-

• Manage EMEA marketing campaign programs to support key segment objectives by define target audience, creative approach, marketing vehicles, timelines and budget to ensure success.
• Manage the agency partners to deliver campaign creative and infrastructure services as required.
• Champion communication of the plan to regional marketing manager for in-country execution.
• Track, report and evaluate leads and sales generated via EMEA marketing campaign programs.  Make recommendations to improve performance of marketing activities.
• Support central EMEA digital marketing activity to capture high quality b2b leads online and via email marketing including developing appropriate lead nurturing systems leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Support bi-annual planning process by managing templates, reviewing local marketing plans and providing expert advice around best practices.
• Act as the central marketing contact for key sales and marketing systems deployed in EMEA region and be responsible for assessing any future tools that may be required.

We are looking for:-

• 5 years+ experience in b2b marketing based in the technology sector.
• Sound working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce a major plus), email marketing and marketing automation solutions (e.g. Silverpop, Eloqua).
• Deep understanding of email marketing, test methodologies and analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and verbal communication, negotiation, cross-team project management and consensus building.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Proven experience building credibility and successfully working with EMEA sales/marketing teams based in-country.
• Strong attention to details, exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent organisation skills.
• Business or Marketing Degree.
• Experience generating leads with online marketing including SEO, PPC, online display advertising and social media.
