Head of Marketing

Our established and successful client has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to run and manage it’s Marketing department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness, health and general well being but it is not a pre-requisite that they have previous industry work experience.

The successful candidate will have a vibrant, energetic and 'can do’ attitude, with a confident and outgoing personality as they will be asked to lead and attend large, International fitness shows and exhibitions and represent the company at their stand.

They must be comfortable managing a sizeable budget with previous experience in doing so (around £650,000). Experience dealing with budgets and financials is essential as they will hold ultimate responsibility for all marketing spend.

The must have strong analytical skills and should readily be able to assess and précis what the business did last year, what was successful, what wasn't and how we move forward.

They must have 5+ years experience in managing a team (the current team consists of 4 including this post)and experience in writing and presenting a business case for marketing initiatives and growth plans.   

Experience and proven track record and success is also essential when writing, following and reviewing a marketing plan.

They must be used to reacting quickly to change, working in a fast paced environment and a keen eye for detail.  A full job description will be provided upon succuessful application.
