Marketing Manager - Product and Planning Teams (Insurance)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Product and Planning Manager to join our client based in central Bristol.

You will be responsible for managing the marketing product and planning teams and deliver market leading customer propositions, marketing strategies and campaigns.

You should have previous experience working in a similar role within General Insurance along with a relevant marketing qualification.

 EXPERIENCE           The successful candidate will:

·           Be able to demonstrate considerable success in devising and delivering new propositions into markets across distribution channels, including direct to consumer;

·           Have significant experience in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns;

·           Be educated to degree standard or equivalent (perhaps a marketing degree) and is likely to hold a marketing diploma;

·           Have substantial management experience at departmental manager or assistant level;

·           A proven track record in managing complex development projects;

·           Need excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills at all levels and the jobholder with have significant exposure to senior management;

·           Be highly numerated with good analytical skills.
