Job Description
My forward thinking client are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their well established team, you must have a Marketing related degree and a full driving licence and access to a car.
This is a perfect all round marketing role for a graduate with some marketing experience (either placement year or internship etc). There is a genuine career path within this expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining all printed marketing material stock and manage the stock levels appropriately
• Create marketing information packs from material in stock for all conferences & individuals meetings as requested
• General conference duties 3rd party conferences, including preparation of Conference Kit including Marketing packs plus occasional attendance required
• Liaise with other departments as required to keep the mailing list up to date
• Manage ‘Customer Updates’ Emails from other departments and merge conference registrations into mailing list where required
• Input and manage all leads generated from from conferences and campaigns
• Input the details correctly and feed information back as appropriate
• Send out product information and general marketing mailings as requested
• Manage and maintain all corporate gift orders, liaise with suppliers for quotes and artwork and seek sign off from the Marketing Director
