Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our busy Marketing team on a fixed term basis to cover a maternity break.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support Fred. Olsen Travel and associated companies/brands in planning and producing their marketing and media advertising material. This will include supporting our retail branches and associated companies/brands with marketing ideas, growing their customer database, raising brand awareness, supporting local events and exhibitions and developing relationships with operators and local businesses.

Qualifications

You will be organised and methodical in your approach with keen attention to detail. Working to strict deadlines will play an important part in this role, so excellent time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively when under pressure.

You will be creative in your approach and have at least two years’ experience of marketing (pref CIM qualified)  with strong copywriting skills and online marketing experience. previous travel experience is preferred but not essential.
