My client, is a market leader engineering company and is currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to work in Qatar.
Job Description
Proactive information on the market overview for having effective action plan to be aggressive in the market place.
Identify market opportunities and coordinate with the Sales team, the LBU ( local business unit) Manager and the team members.
Estimate the correct Market share Analysis and Demand order estimates in line with LBU directives.
Provide inputs to LBU’s and the Marketing Manager about the market potential for different products ( Segment wise , Target customers).
Give country feedback on product and price positioning to the respective product managers and LBU’s.
Evaluate the existing product gaps and try to evaluate the sales of present products so as to give the LBU managers an insight on the market requirement and the product gaps as per the market requirement.
Conduct market intelligence and ensure market needs in coordination with the LBU and the team.
Create market demand by regular visit to the distributor customers and by conducting sales campaign.
Motivate and train our sales team and also our channel sales team so as to efficiently sell our products.
Person Specification
Candidates should possess a minimum of 8-10 years in the field of Marketing and Sales with a sound knowledge of the Qatar and UAE low voltage product market, including wiring, accessories and panels.
You must posses good technical knowledge of this market and have excellent organisational and people management skills.
The package is commensurate with the role with excellent expat benefits, including flights, medical and a schooling allowance.
