Marketing Assistant

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and our Brand Management team, you will assist in all of the major marketing projects.

Role

• Work alongside the Head of Marketing and Assistant Brand Managers to create high impact brand presentations and help execute the activities outlined in the brand plans
• Assist in the management of the product range
• Organise trade and brand exhibitions
• Manage the company websites
• Assist in the production and mail out of catalogues and all trade, customer and consumer publications
• Provide general office support - meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls, inputting orders, preparing samples, maintain files etc.
• Assist suppliers and act as a point of contact as and when required

Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate excellent written and communication skills. You need a hands-on attitude, be passionate about food, be organised and able to show commitment and drive.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in using design packages, digital marketing and a foreign language are a bonus.

Experience

Graduate calibre with marketing or business based degree.
