A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Operator to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Cheshire. There will be an additional 25 percent shift uplift on top of the basic salary of £19,500.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Manufacturing Operator will be required to carry out tasks within Operations, in association to procedures and customer demands, whilst adhering to GMP & Health and Safety guidelines and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Preparation of batch documentation and associated supporting documents.
2. Selection and verification of materials for forthcoming tasks are provided, whilst maintaining accurate records and stock inventory.
3. Perform filling and packaging tasks, as and when is required, to complete live orders, with adherence to all quality and health and safety procedures, and achieving On Time in Full against set Key Performance Indicators.
4. Effective use and ordering of consumables to maintain an adequate stock level and cost for usage in Operations.
5. Attend a Cell team meeting each day, ideally prior to start up, understanding expectations of that day and a view of future requirements, with Quality to an FDA level always considered.
6. Collect and note any performance, quality, safety or supplier problems to enable an effective corrective action to be applied. Present to other relevant departments. Carry out any corrective actions with cell members, efficiently and effectively.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

The Manufacturing Operator will have experience in the following:-

1. Experience within an Operational role.
2. GMP and Pharmaceutical experience in the manufacturing environment.
3. Good communication skills, and willingness to participate in team discussions.
4. Business focussed, inclusive of behaviour and attitude.
5. Ability to influence change to allow the business to remain relevant.
6. Ability to create ideas, understand the need for change and embrace it.
