They are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can help take the business to another level. This motivated individual would have complete control of all of the shop floor disciplines and would be expected to lead the team in both quality and production improvements. Experience in using lean techniques and a proven track record in successfully meeting customers` goals and expectations is essential.
