The Firm A Legal 100 practice, our client is a full-service practice based in the heart of London. The firm was founded in the mid-19th Century and now has 70 partners and over 150 lawyers. They pride themselves on traditional values and client focus. They recognise their clients` unique needs and issues and apply the right experience at the right time to each matter.
The Role We now have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Corporate and MandA Group to assist in advising a range of clients on various matters such as joint ventures, public takeovers and private acquisitions and disposals. The successful candidate will be joining an large and expert team of almost 60 fee earners.
About You You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3-4.5 years` PQE including strong UK experience. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You must have solid experience in Corporate MandA matters. You will be a team player and also able to take initiative and work alone.
