To effectively manage assigned tasks in order to ensure that service level and contractual
commitments are fulfilled within this engineering business.
Manage all repair functions within a busy specialist manufacturing and repair centre

Liaise with customers regarding work in progress

Ensure that all quality and Health & Safety policy's are adhered to and implemented
·
Identify, initiate, plan and drive continuous improvement processes
·
Ensure that reporting team members have clearly defined tasks and objectives and that
they deliver the required standards of performance

Organising workshop, vans and personnel to ensure tidy, safe working practices and storage
of equipment
·
Supervision of personnel and procedures in relation to company HSEQ policy
·
Contributing to the maintenance of Health and Safety in the workplace
·
Good team working skills as well as working on own initiative
·
Promote good housekeeping for an efficient working environment
·
Promote Health & Safety and good housekeeping in an efficient working environment,
reporting all cases of non-conformance
