Our client, a growing, fast developing firm of accountants with an excellent reputation is searching for an ACA or ACCA qualified practice professional to join their business in a pivotal, key managerial position as a result of continued growth and planning for future development of the practice.
You will be based in the firms offices near Andover. The partners / directors are are looking for an individual who can both manage the delivery of general practice services to varied portfolio and also look to develop the client base and future development of the firm with them. The role and firm therefore offers excellent development and progression potential for the right individual looking to join a growing, successful business.
Job Description
The firms clients are varied and wide ranging in industry type and turnover range across sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, SMEs OMBs, charities, solicitors and others. You will take portfolio management responsibility for an assigned fee value and client list which can be moulded to some degree around client areas if interest, providing a mix of accounts, tax, audit and general practice services. The firm has a business advisory focus, providing business and financial, taxation planning and you will look to add value to clients, developing services and client growth and take a pivotal role in the business with progression possibilities and long term development.
Person Specification
You will be ACA, ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with a strong career background gained within the accountancy profession. You firm background may be small, medium, large independent or larger top 50 firm environment with a mix of firm size and culture. You will be seeking a managerial opportunity where you can progress and develop in a growing, successful firm of accountants.
