The Position

You will receive on the job training, to equip you with the skills to manage your own unit. You will learn all aspects of management and catering and will manage our food court on site which includes different food concepts and is very fast paced!

Your duties will include:

Managing a team, Managing GP and wastage - keeping costs down and maximising sales and the general day to day running of the unit. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to further their management skills within catering, who enjoys driving sales and customer interaction.

The Person

Ideally, you will have:

• NVQ Level 1/2 in food preparation or equivalent
• Relevant management experience within the catering, hospitality or retail industry
• Standards and quality driven management style
• Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
• Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
• Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
• A 'Can do' attitude
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Computer literacy
