Management Accountant

Our client, a giant upstream oil company seeks a management accountant for 9 months to cover a maternity absence. As a qualified CIMA or equivalent, you will have a proven background in large company management accounts preparation and have the ability to deliver detailed budgets, forecasts and live cash flows. Furthermore, you will also be involved in a lot of project finance as you support budget holders on various upstream projects. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will  be a key figure in the finance function and will be responsible for the timely delivery of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts. You will be a CIMA qualified accountant or equivalent with a good working knowledge or large ERPs. You will be able to influence finance strategy decisions and line management across the wider Business so from a credibility point of view, Energy experience is a MUST.
