Job Description
Reed Finance specialise in the recruitment of qualified accountants and senior level finance professionals. One of our clients, a growing organisation in Chippenham, is seeking an interim Management Accountant for an initial period of 6 months, with a view to a potential permanent role at the end of the assignment.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Support the Senior Management Accountant in responding to enquiries from budget holders and ad-hoc analysis requests
• Assist with delivering internal finance projects
• Prepare monthly cost centre reforecasts working closely with budget holders
• Prepare monthly management information reports such as staff utilisation
• Perform monthly reconciliations for a defined area of the balance sheet
• Raise invoices for intercompany recharges
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant, available for an immediate start, with strong problem solving and analytical skills. You will also be a highly competent Excel user (vlookup, pivot tables etc).
