Management accountant

Gleeson accountancy recruitment are currently recruiting for a finance business partner for an instantly recognisable service business based in Nottingham.  The role will involve the following:

Working with the Sales team to drive the best business decisions to add commercial value in a timely fashion, improving the quality of decisions and ensuring the highest financial return at the acceptable level of risk. 

Challenging decision-making process within the sales  and providing transparency in their results and forecasts. 

Being an integrated contributor to key business processes such as target setting, forecasting, decision making, investment decisions, and governance.

Responsive to changing business needs and priorities and external environment factors.

The post holder will have:

A professional accountancy qualification

The ability to spot commercial opportunities  through market knowledge and data analysis.

The ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders in order to drive change and increase the value generated within these sales channels.

The credibility and personal impact to act as a member of the extended management teams for these sales channels.
