This is a great opportunity for a qualified, finalist or recently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant to undertake a varied role within a high profile business. This is a highly commercial, product based environment that will continually challenge the successful candidate’s technical ability and commercial acumen.

The role is hugely varied to include……

Management Accounting

- Production of monthly accounts pack

- Budgeting & forecasts

- Financial analysis, cost reporting, trend analysis, margin reviews

- Financial support to business unit managers

- Weekly KPI reporting

Financial Accounting

- Year-end reporting and statutory accounts

- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

- Maintenance of the general ledger system

- Process improvement

Treasury

- Daily liquidity reports

- Rolling forecasts

- Interbank transfers and investment

- Foreign exchange transactions

- Various reports and analysis providing information to senior management

Given the varied nature of this role it will allow the successful candidate to gain a strong level of post qualified experience. Candidates must have exposure to management reporting either gained from a commercial environment or within an accountancy firm.

You must have strong IT skills to include advanced Excel and outstanding communications skills.
