An exciting opportunity is available for a Management Accountant to work with one of Gloucester’s leading international manufacturing firms.
Working within a multi currency environment this is a varied, interesting and very hands on role, which will have the overall responsibility for the management and monitoring of the day-to-day accounting and operational manufacturing activities from a cost perspective. This role has an analysis slant to it with a requirement for variance analysis at a detailed level as well as the reconciliation, production and analysis of reports for manufacturing management. This person will also be responsible for maintenance of the general ledger and the analytical review of the transactional postings.
The ideal person will be newly qualified CIMA/ACCA or a Finalist, preferably gained in a manufacturing environment and have excellent IT skills including advanced Excel.
