Major Donor Projects Coordinator, Charity, Oxfordshire, c£24k

Great new opportunity exists at this Oxfordshire based non-denominational Christian charity for a practicing Christian to join their Fundraising and Communications team as their Major Donors Projects Coordinator / Administrator. The successful candidate will have significant administration experience and excellent IT literacy and will work in support of two Major Donor Fundraisers on Major Donor fundraising projects and relationship building, providing research, relevant information support in briefs, draft proposal writing for funding / bids and report writing in a busy, varied and positive environment. You will also be collating project information and outcomes provided by the charity’s programme staff. You will not necessarily have to have a track record in charity fundraising as full and comprehensive training in Major Gifts will be provided by a leading proponent in this field with over 30 years experience. You have excellent organisational and administrative skills and can demonstrate experience in producing high quality written proposals / project briefs. You will also have experience in liaising with colleagues to extract information from stories / projects, database use, CRM systems and data gathering using the MS Office suite of applications for report writing. A can-do personality with a positive attitude and the flexibility to work to pressured time deadlines is also key. We have a salary c£24000 available for the right candidate. You do not need to have previous charity fundraising experience but can demonstrate a track record in successful engagement with wealthy individuals or corporate organisations. You have excellent interpersonal and communication. It is an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder will be a practising Christian.
