Maintenance Technician, Ref: AI6195

Our client is a leading Engineering name in the Manufacture for the OEM Areospace, oil and gas markets. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Machine Tool Maintenance Technician to join their small team in Teeside.The right candidate will have the autonomy to manage the maintenance Programme in order to help meet the Company's future growth and demands. The role is responsible for creating and co-ordinating a maintenance culture that is proactive in preventing / minimising equipment breakdowns, whilst maximising the maintenance resource, by utilising it in an efficient manner and applying departmental and individual monitors and objectives through KPI's. You will be required to co-ordinate detailed analysis of all faults to determine root cause, prevention and corrective actions, ensuring all engineering machines and site facilities are working efficiently and safely.Finally you will be required to assist with the compliance of all quality systems and procedures as well as assist with the implementation of HS&E Management Systems working a 3 shift basis
