It is essential that the candidate will have:
* Worked in a service delivery environment
* Reported incidents / requests
* Managed user and supplier relations
* Experience with Mac OS
* MS server operating system, MS Exchange Server and AD (and group policies)
Desired experience:
* Knowledge of ITIL Methodologies
* LAN / WAN /telephony /Server /VMware /disk storage experience
* Deploy Studio
* Media / Publishing experience
