An exciting opportunity has arisen for a M&E Cost Consultant to work in a leading consultancy, to be based in London. This is an M&E cost management delivery role for the Business Critical sector of this particular company where you will be required to support Senior and Associate level cost managers on both UK and European projects.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience working within a private practice environment
- Track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract M&E services preferably in the Business Critical. Preferred pre-contract bias.
- Alternatively experience of working on either fast track Corporate Real Estate fit out projects or projects of a complex nature engineering wise.
- Flexibility for overseas travel in Europe, multiple projects and to be challenged.
- Electrical and Mechanical & public health experience.
- Experience of client facing situations.
- Proven track record of team working and working relatively unsupervised on own initiative.
- Mix of new build and refurbishment experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client focused attitude and approach.
- Proficient us of IT software packages including Microsoft Excel, Word and CATO.
