Applicants must:

• Have management experience in the food retail/catering industry
• Be able to self manage, working to KPIs, and sales targets
• Be an excellent motivator and manager of people,
• Be meticulous, and extremely organised
• Have a track record of improving systems and processes. 
• Be able to report on financials
• Be able to effectively manage stock levels
• Be able to manage shift rotas cost efficiently 
• Be able to work flexible working hours, and have an anything to get the job done attitude. 

Ideally applicants will:

Have experience running a complete operation before (e.g.  Carluccios restaurant or similar)

Understand how to manage staff and targets of a good size operation and have real experience of using executive initiative to build and develop a business model.
