Have management experience in the food retail/catering industry
Be able to self manage, working to KPIs, and sales targets
Be an excellent motivator and manager of people,
Be meticulous, and extremely organised
Have a track record of improving systems and processes.
Be able to report on financials
Be able to effectively manage stock levels
Be able to manage shift rotas cost efficiently
Be able to work flexible working hours, and have an anything to get the job done attitude.
Ideally applicants will:
Have experience running a complete operation before (e.g. Carluccios restaurant or similar)
Understand how to manage staff and targets of a good size operation and have real experience of using executive initiative to build and develop a business model.
