Hours: 5 hours per week (Weekend Work)

As Lounge Host you are the embodiment of the Virgin Money brand, so this is a challenging role requiring customer service skills. We're looking for genuine enthusiasm and a real interest in people, combined with the ability to think on your feet to deliver the "wow" factor.

As Lounge Host, you will have help organise and coordinate a variety of memorable and engaging events for Virgin Money customers. You will also proactively build positive working relationships with partners in the locality of the Lounge, so that the Lounge becomes an exciting space where the community can come together. You will work very closely with the Lounge Management team and support the day to day Lounge activities and deliver a truly memorable customer experience.

Successful applicants will most likely have had experience in the world of hospitality, events management, retail or customer service. The most important quality we are looking for is a warm, engaging personality and a real desire and drive to deliver magic moments for our customers.
