Local Business Leader / Manager

Our Local Business Leaders have overall responsibility for achieving and exceeding contractual and financial targets within a single, large site or alternatively a number of small/community outreach sites.

Working on our new Work Programme contract, you will make certain that the very best experience is delivered to our customers, ensuring that the team are maximising job entry and job sustainability outcomes as well as exercising effective budgetary control.

You will lead your team, be that in one site or lots of smaller community sites to achieve our contractual and financial targets.

You understand how relationships with Job Centre Plus, The Department for Work & Pensions, local employers and other key stakeholders are important in helping me raise A4e’s profile and making us be the provider of choice so that we achieve targets whilst still keeping an eye on the budgets!

You love motivating, inspiring and leading your team to success and do this through being on the ball - knowing how each individual is performing, where we are in fulfilling our contractual performance and help nurture your teams skills to achieve greater results!

This role will cover our Chorley and Skelmersdale offices.
