My client is a reputable international law firm and is urgently looking for a junior Legal Secretary to support 3 fee earners within the Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to get into a well-established international law firm to further their career.

Job Description

In this role, you will be supporting 3 fee earners within the litigation team. You will be performing all kind of secretarial and administrative duties, including diary management, meeting arrangement, travel arrangement,  preparing presentation slides, filing, handling phone calls, as well as handling legal documents, audio typing, and other ad-hoc duties.


Requirements:

The successful applicants must have at least 1-3 years of legal secretarial experience. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years of those experience gained in Personal Injuries Litigation. Excellent English and Chinese language skills are essential. You must have fast and accurate English and Chinese typing skills, including audio type. My client is looking for someone who is a team player, have excellent communication skills, well organised, have the ability to prioritise and can perform well under high pressure.
