The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented Litigation Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing team on the Kent / South East London border. Managing a mixed caseload to include Housing Law, Employment and Commercial Contract matters, the successful candidate will be expected to be able to hit the ground running and manage their workload with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a following of clients to bring with them to the firm, although this is not a pre-requisite for the role. Please quote ref. CE15252 when applying.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained in a client-facing role within a reputable Litigation department.
You must have strong experience within Housing / Landlord and Tenant Law.
Additional experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Employment Law is also necessary for this position.
A following of clients would be advantageous but is not essential for the role.
You must be able to manage a diverse and challenging caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be pro-active, outgoing and able to assist with business development opportunities.
