This is a great opportunity for a Junior Merchandiser ready for the next step in their career. As a Lifestyle Accessories Merchandiser based on the South Coast you will work with the Head of Merchandising to maximise the profitability of each department by controlling stock levels, intake and category margins, thereby optimising sales potential across all channels and stores. Using a Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake Report and working closely with stores, warehouse and the production team is key to the success of this role. Being a smaller company the role involves being close to the product and getting stuck in with planning, stock control, critical path management and warehouse and store management all being part of a standard week.
- The successful candidate will be an existing Assistant Merchandiser
- Proven success in optimising stock across multi channels
- Someone to have a blend of flexibility in order to react across various fashion categories, channels and show passion for product
- To be open to ideas and needs to be able to flex to the needs of a small business is key
- As a Lifestyle Accessories Merchandiser if you have an understanding of Branch Merchandising it would beadvantageous
- The ability to propose promotional and markdown activity
