THE FIRM
A large dual office firm in Buckinghamshire, our Client has gone from strength to strength since establishing over 20 years ago, and now employs over 100 people. Offering services in a variety of areas of Law, their client base is continuously and rapidly growing, and the firm has thus built itself an excellent reputation.

THE ROLE
An exciting role has arisen for a Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Coveyancing Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE, to join a well-established and forward thinking team. You will be dealing primarily with Residential Property transactions, although Commercial experience would be advantageous. You will be acting on behalf of vendors, and purchasers and dealing with all matters up to post completion, drafting leasehold and freehold contracts, dealing with transfer of equity transactions, re-mortgages, acting on sub-sale transactions and drafting and advising on short term leases.

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for the role you must be a hardworking, ambitious 5 year +PQE Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, have had similar experience of high value Residential Property sales and purchases, and have the highest standard of Client care. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement, and be a team player as well as being able to manage your own case load. An enthusiastic and highly motivated approach is essential to this role.
