Curtis & Mayfair are searching for an experienced sales negotiator to join an established estate agent, based in Blackheath. This estate agent is a renowned name in the London market, with over 150 years behind them and they are offering a superb chance for an experienced negotiator to further their career and increase their earning potential.


The successful candidate will join a team of energetic, hard-working and professional individuals who are focused on achieving what they set out to. You must be confident, outgoing, proactive and highly-motivated. Experience of sales progression will be looked upon favourably as this is a duel role for both sales and lettings, meaning the opportunity to earn is always high.


This estate agent offers a basic wage of £15,000 - £17,000 (A guarantee of £25k - £30k is on offer for the first 3-6 months), a very generous commission structure will sets the OTE at £40,000 in your year 2. You will be required to work 5 days a week, whilst the office is open 7 days a week - weekends are worked on a rotary basis.


The role of a lettings negotiator is to register applicants over the telephone and face-to-face, negotiate offers on behalf of the landlord, arrange and attend viewings, deal with numerous enquiries and hit set targets on a regular basis.
