Lettings- Property Manager

An established letting and management agent specialising in a wide variety of good quality property throughout Oxford and the surrounding villages are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

With dedicated lettings offices the Companies goal is to make a difference in the area through cutting edge marketing but more importantly, through word of mouth, from satisfied customers

The role will be include:
- Managing a portfolio of around 150 properties including several managed blocks.

- To be the main port of call for Landlords and Tenants for maintenance issues and problems.

- To visit each property 3 times a year and report back to the Landlord and Tenant

- Keep up to date with safety legislation

- ensuring inventories are received and paid promptly

You will also be available to assist the lettings negotiators by dealing with telephone/walk in enquiries, arranging viewings and appointments when required and occasional viewings to show potential tenants around properties.

This is a very varied and challenging role for the right candidate.
