Our client is looking for an experienced lettings property manager to manage an exciting portfolio of properties, based in the south west London area.
Being a member of the ARLA will be favourably looked upon.
Your duties will include
• Arrange for collection and return of deposits.
• Ensuring smooth process of check-ins and check-outs.
• Instructing maintenance contractors when required.
• Being first point of contact for tenants within the portfolio.
• Ensuring that all properties are fully let.
• Minimising vacancy rates within the portfolio.
• Offering a highly professional service at all times.
• Building relationships with clients
At least 2 years experience as a property manager is necessary.
