We have positions available within a well-established Lettings Division due to rapid expansion as well as positions in a brand new Lettings Division within a highly recognised Estate Agency. There are lots of opportunities for career progression in return for hard work…
Job Role;
- To generate and manage new business leads to help develop the Lettings Division
- Match tenant enquiries to properties and book appointments
- Conduct viewings ensuring follow up and feedback
- Process applications for tenancy ensuring all sign-ups are dealt with efficiently
- Inform all Tenants of their insurance responsibilities and maximise every opportunity to sell suitable insurance
- Carry out rental assessments (mid-term and end of tenancy)
- To be a main point of contact for Tenant and Landlord queries
- Support and assist management and other members of the office team as and when required
Skills/Experience;
- Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- An energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic approach with a desire to succeed in a very competitive
industry/environment
- Strong PC skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Emails and the Internet
- You may be required to travel to the Central Lettings Office on a weekly basis so flexibility of travel/your own mode of transport is essential
