Lettings Negotiator - Wadebridge

As part of the Countrywide group and the UK's largest Letting Agency chain Miller Countrywide  are looking to recruit a negotiator to continue its expansion programme and assist with the opening of a new lettings office within the Wadebridge area. We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent customer service skills and sales ability to join us as a Lettings Negotiator.
Experience within lettings or estate agency is not essential but the willingness to learn and some transferable sales and customer service experience are.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, tenacious, have a can do attitude, be flexible and have a good geographical knowledge of the area. A full driving licence is essential as is excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive business relationships via the telephone. Training will be given and there are excellent long term career prospects.
The duties will include but not be exclusive to office administration duties, registering applicants,  conducting viewings and prospecting for new business.

Working Hours 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
8.45 am to 5.00 pm Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience
