Lettings Negotiator required for a well established market leading Estate Agent expanding into the Residential Lettings sector, this position will suit competitive business winners with a good knowledge of Lettings.
In your role as a Lettings Negotiator you will be expected to target new business and canvass landlords, produce property details and carry out viewings.
A minimum of 6 months experience in the Residential Lettings industry is required, ARLA qualifications preferred although not essential.
£20,000 On Target Earnings. Basic Salary to £15,000 + Excellent Commission Package + Car / Allowance.
