Lettings negotiator required for busy Truro Letting Agency
We are seeking a full time lettings negotiator to join our successful team based in our Truro office. The right candidate must have a pro-active, 'can-do’ attitude with the desire to achieve the highest possible customer service standards. Although lettings experience is not a necessity, some experience of working in estate agency or lettings is preferred and a positive attitude is a must. The ability to work as part of a team and reach targets will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package of a basic plus uncapped commission
Essential Skills

• Full driving licence
• Good local area knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisation skills

Working hours are: 8.50-5.30pm MON-FRI, 9-1pm (SAT on a rota system) , although you may be required to work outside these hours as necessary.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
