Prestigious Firm Of Estate & Letting Agents in Exeter require a full time lettings negotiator.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a lettings or top sales negotiator with experience in the Lettings Or Estate Agency Industry to work in a busy city office dealing with a wide range of properties in Exeter & Surrounding areas.
The role will include all aspects of lettings such as dealing with landlord and tenant inquiries in a calm and professional manner, preparing tenancy agreements, dealing with references, typing up inventories and reports, organising safety certificates, booking viewings, carrying out viewings, valuations and quarterly visits.

Salary £18 - £23k basic with OTE of £21-25k dependant on hours and experience plus company bonus scheme and clothing allowance.
