Job Title: Graduate/Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Location: Chelsea

Salary: £15,000 (OTE £35,000 - £40,000)

Curtis & Mayfair are searching for a graduate/trainee estate agent for an exciting and vibrant estate agent, based in Chelsea. A relatively new company, this independent estate agent has an excellent presence throughout the West End of London and have gained themselves an outsanding reputation for delivering superb customer service and listing excellent volumes of stock.

The successful candidate will join a team of energetic, charismatic and professional individuals who are focused on achieving what they set out to, in a determined and fun manner. You must be confident, outgoing, proactive and highly-motivated; you don't need experience within estate agency to apply for this role, personality is much more important!!

This estate agent offers a basic wage of £15,000 (£22,000 guaranteed for the first 3 months), a very generous commission structure, a company car and a mobile phone; offering an overall OTE of £40,000 in your first year. Surpassing your targets in 2012 resulted in an all expences paid holiday to a fabulous destination - you are truly rewarded for your hardwork!!

The role of a lettings negotiator is to register applicants over the telephone and face-to-face, negotiate offers on behalf of the landlord, arrange and attend viewings, deal with numerous enquiries and hit set targets on a regular basis.
