Job Title: Lettings NegotiatorLocation: PutneySalary: £15,000 (OTE £35,000 - £40,000) Curtis & Mayfair are searching for an experienced lettings negotiator for one of south west London's leading estate agents. Established more than 20 years ago, this independent estate agent has an excellent presence throughout south west London and have gained themselves an oustanding reputation for delivering superb customer service. The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced property professionals, many of whom live in the area, who believe selling or letting a property should be a positive and fulfilling, as well as financially rewarding. You must be confident, outgoing, proactive and highly-motivated; you must have previous experience within Lettings and be able to provide their own vehicle, for which they will be adequately compensated. To be successful you will be well presented, energetic, professional and be keen to further your career within estate agency and willing to work tirelessly to ensure this is acheived. The role of a lettings negotiator is to register applicants over the telephone and face-to-face, negotiate offers on behalf of the landlord, arrange and attend viewings, deal with numerous enquiries and hit set targets on a regular basis.
