Pursuit Recruitment is working with an Estate Agency in Braintree to recruit a Lettings Manager on a permanent basis.

To be successful for this role, you must have knowledge of CFP.


Responsibilities:

  • Attend to valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords
  • Manage the office and team
  • Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help develop future business
  • Dealing with enquiries from applicants on a daily basis
  • Oversee and contribute to any marketing strategies
  • Ensure staff are updating all details on the website/window display with current
  • Promote additional services and cross-sell

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of property law

  • Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
