Lettings Manager

Excellent opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, driven, experienced Lettings Manager/Negotiator to work for a well known, well established Shrewsbury firm. You must have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the lettings process and have the ability to motivate, lead and oversee a busy lettings department. A large part of this role will involve winning business and driving the business forward. You will also be responsible for managing a small team, checking and allocating work, incorporating new systems, dealing with queries from tenants and landlords and dealing with all day to day administration.

You will be highly organised, professional and have the ability to forge new and lasting relationships. You must have extensive experience within a lettings department. There is a great chance to progress with this company and develop the role and responsibilities as the business expands.

This is a full time role which will either be temporary to permanent (temporary for 12 weeks with a view to becoming permanent after that period) or a fixed term contract for 6 months, again with a view to go permanent after that time. Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and you will be required to work some Saturday's. The salary is c£20,000 per annum.
