Lettings Lister/Valuer

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Valuer/Lister for a leading East London Estate Agency based at their offices in Bow, London E3.

They are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to take on the specific role of conducting valuations and appraisals, generating a supply of residential property to let as well as income to achieve targets, whilst overseeing landlord care and contact.

This vital role is target driven and commission based. You will need to be well presented with excellent communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.  A strong understanding of the letting industry is required (preferably two plus years) knowledge of the local area would be a distinct advantage.
