My Client is a leading provider of conveyancing services to the best Estate Agency brands in the UK. They offer a new and innovative approach to the conveyancing process combining experience, technology and the skills of a highly motivated individuals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day schedule of the clerks who carry out the letting inspections
- Liasing with Letting Agents regarding visit times and job details.
- Organising and managing all jobs through the system.
- Dealing with queries and solving potential problems.
- Reviewing overdue / outstanding work.
- Dealing with telephone bookings.
- Dealing with any complaints appropriately.
Main Skills needed:
- Previous experience working in an administrative and/or customer service capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets & work under pressure.
- Good data input skills.
- Good team player, but, also ability to work on own initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Leetings admin experience desirable
