Our Crystal Palace office are now looking to recruit an administrator, the role will involve providing support and efficient administration to the whole lettings team. A typical day will include; meeting and greeting customers and dealing with enquiries. You will also be preparing property details and window displays, advertising copy, correspondence and tenancy agreements and weekly statistics. The overall presentation of the branch is also part of the role.
As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A passion for property and people
- Experience in a fast paced administration role
- The ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active
- Great communication skills
