Job Description
This is a legal secretary role to serve 1 partner and 2 associates (including an expatriate lawyer) within the corporate finance team. You will be responsible to provide full spectrum of secretarial support to partner and fee earners. Duties including handling lawyers’ diary, travel arrangement, handling emails and correspondences, preparing meeting materials, maintaining filing systems, as well as assisting on reviewing and amending legal documents. You will also have to manage partner’s personal matters.
Requirements:
My client is looking for a talented legal secretary to join their firm to support their corporate team. You must have at least 5-8 years of legal secretarial experience within international law firm or sizable law firm. You must be familiar with amending and formatting legal documents, due diligence, billing, and have good English and Chinese typing skills. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese is essential. You must be able to work independently as well as work as a team. You must have good Chinese typing skills as well.
