Our client , a highly regarded law firm based in Ipswich are looking for a legal secretary with experience in company commerical and/or corporate law. Key tasks are typing of general correspondence, reports, contracts, attendance notes, faxes, bills, some audio typing. Dealing with emails - incoming , outgoing and archiving. Filtering telephone calls and compiling full messages, arranging client appointments, sending/collecting faxes, requesting files, dispatching files to archivers, opening and closing files. Catering arrangments for small meetings within team. Accounts related work - bills, cheque requests, transfer forms, general administration, assisting with overflow typing, any other duties as requested.
Ideally you will possess at least 2 years Legal Secretarial experience. strong IT skills coupled with excellent communication skills. A flexible approach as occasionally there will be a need to work longer hours. Competitive salary amd excellent benefits.
